Summary: I think this was our 4th stay at the Andaz in the last couple of years (each time we come, we stay for at least a week). Service-wise, the staff is fantastic and most of the staff even remember us from prior visits and are wonderful. I am surprised that the front desk always seems to be overwhelmed. We had asked to be in the building overlooking the adult pool and were told there were no rooms available. Although we had paid for an oceanfront room, the room we received was on the lowest floor and barely had an ocean view. In later conversations with the staff, we found out that the majority of the rooms were unoccupied this week. Although we love the Andaz, we will probably explore more options for our next trip.
